Guards London Loyalty Programme Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Guards London Loyalty Programme (“Programme”). By enrolling in or using the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll in or use the Programme.

2. Eligibility

The Programme is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Guards London and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Programme.

3. Enrollment

To enroll in the Programme, you must provide your name, email address, and other required information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. By creating an account and using the loyalty program, you consent to being contacted by email for purposes related to the loyalty program, such as:

  • Notification of point expiration
  • Birthday rewards (if you have provided your birthdate information)
  • Any queries or issues related to the points you have earned

4. Data Usage

We may use data related to your point use and spending behaviour for our own research and to improve our offerings and services. We will not share any personally identifiable data with third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Earning and Redeeming Points

Earning Points: Points can be earned through various methods, including but not limited to purchases. The current methods for earning points are outlined in the “Points and Rewards” section of your Account page or through the Loyalty Scheme Widget. Guards London reserves the right to modify or change the methods for earning points at any time.
Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for various rewards, including but not limited to discounts on future purchases. The available rewards and their redemption values are subject to change and can be viewed in the “Points and Rewards” section of your Account page or through the Loyalty Scheme Widget. All rewards are subject to availability and may apply only to specified sales and styles.
Point Validity: Points become valid 30 days after the purchase date.
Point Expiration: Points will expire 3 years after they are earned.

6. Currency

All currency rewards provided in the Programme will be in GBP (British Pound Sterling).

7. Account Termination

Guards London reserves the right to terminate your account in the Programme at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraud or abuse of the Programme
  • Inactivity

8. Modification of the Programme

Guards London reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time with reasonable notice, which will be communicated to you via email or through your Account page.

9. Limitation of Liability

Guards London shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Programme.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Data Protection

Guards London is committed to protecting your personal data. We will collect, process, and store your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
